About Us

William & Lily Foundation is an Indonesian-based philanthropic foundation established in 2009 as an outgrowth of the philanthropic legacy of William and Lily Soeryadjaya. The overarching goal of WLF is to ensure that every Indonesian has an equal opportunity to flourish, which will be achieved by improving the access and quality of early childhood development and literacy and numeracy services that young Indonesians receive and enhancing the livelihoods and economic growth of their communities. WLF works with local partner organizations to achieve its goal by distributing grants.

WLF is committed to responsible and systemic interventions in its efforts to empower underprivileged communities across Indonesia. WLF’s current geographical focus centers on eastern Indonesia, specifically within the Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) province.
