Jakarta Property Institute (JPI) is a non-profit organization that acts as a mediator between the private and public sectors. With a mission to promote sustainable development in Jakarta, we conduct research, introduce innovations and best practices from other countries, and facilitate dialogue among various stakeholders to solve pressing urban issues that affect the city’s economic growth and living standards. JPI’s members are players in the real estate industry who care about Jakarta’s growth and are ready to contribute resources to achieve JPI’s mission.
At JPI, we are challenged to make a difference in making Jakarta a more livable city. JPI engages with various local and international stakeholders with whom we collaborate to solve Jakarta’s urban issues.
