The Human Development Foundation Forum’s Monitoring and Evaluation for Development Results training is just around the corner and I would like to personally extend an invitation to you on behalf of HDFF! HDFF’s 5-day Monitoring and Evaluation for Development Results will teach the participants from non-profit organizations and government ministries the most widely used M&E tools and methods accepted by major donors such as USAID, DFID, and UN agencies among others.
Training Objectives:
- To learn the concept of monitoring projects and its objectives, procedures, and how it applies to project development(s) and to be able to apply the principles and tools of evaluation to donor-funded projects.
- To help you better understand the Organization’s goal and improve current and future management of outputs, outcomes and impact(s).
- Embed the performance objectives into your current appraisal / performance review system and use steps 2 – 4 to manage your project’s performance.
- To create and utilize a problem tree, an objective tree, and a budget as methods to manage and measure project outputs
What: Learn from specialist how to apply monitoring and evaluation tools specifically to a development context fitting your organization’s work and how to communicate those results to stakeholders and potential donors
