About Us
Yayasan Prestasi Junior Gemilang Indonesia, also known as Prestasi Junior Indonesia, is a not-for-profit organization with its main focus on inspiring and preparing young people for success in a global economy by, in particular, educating young people about entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy.
Prestasi Junior Indonesia is part of Junior Achievement Worldwide, one of the largest and fastest growing entrepreneurial, work readiness, and financial literacy education organizations in the world.
Through innovative partnerships between the business community, educators, and volunteers, Prestasi Junior Indonesia helps young people to understand the world of business through engagement in tailored learning experiences. Prestasi Junior inspires students to develop competitive skills and confidence, preparing them, to ‘own’ their own economic independence after graduation.
Prestasi Junior Indonesia currently manages several programs, sponsored mostly by international donors. We also work with a consortium, sponsored by USAID, implementing entrepreneurship program for youth in east Java.
