PIKUL Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 1998. Since its founding, PIKUL has been mandated to strengthen local capacity and institutions in Eastern Indonesia. Currently, PIKUL carries out its mandate by facilitating local leaders, innovators, and communities to create and achieve their vision for transformation towards a just and democratic society
