About Us
Trees4Trees™
is
an activity of Yayasan Bumi Hijau Lestari, a
non-profit foundation that helps the environment and empowers local communities
through partnership reforestation initiatives and related education programs.
Established in 2007, Trees4Trees™
works
with local partners to produce tree seedlings of high value species,
distributes to local farmers, provides technical guidance: good forestry
practices and education on the economic benefits of a healthy environment and
facilitates the selling of the woods from farmers to manufacturer.
Every location of the trees planted
are recorded by GPS that can be tracked via WIN (World Identification Number)
on website tree4trees.org.
