The National Support for Local Investment Climates (NSLIC) / National Support for Enhancing Local and Regional Economic Development (NSELRED) Project is currently looking for a “Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager” based in Jakarta for an 8-month term.
The NSLIC/NSELRED Project is a partnership of the Government of Indonesia and Government of Canada which aims to increase employment and incomes for poor women and men in Indonesia through a strengthened investment climate with more sustainable and competitive enterprises. Working with the Indonesian Ministry of Planning and other core ministries, the project addresses key constraints in business regulations, promotes regional economic cooperation, supports coordinated national support to local and regional economic development, and increases access to business development.
The purpose of the assignment is to ensure the successful implementation of NSLIC/NSELRED Project’s monitoring, evaluation and learning initiatives that include environmentally sustainable, gender responsive and good governance enterprise development; in particular, to make sure that the Project exit and sustainability strategy is well executed before the project activities conclude in late 2022.
