Bulir Padi Foundation is a Jakarta based NGO founded in 2002 focused on providing scholarships, skilled education training and job opportunity links for kids in Jakarta’s low income communities. Our aim is to empower Jakarta’s underprivileged youth to become job-ready so they are able to achieve good employment and break the circle of poverty.
