About Us
Bahana (short for Yayasan Komunikasi Pembenahan Indonesia) which currently still C4C (communication for Change) is a non-profit foundation that produces and disseminates knowledge and narratives that help drive change. Reformists in various sectors, such as the environment, democracy and human rights, public health, etc., use our evidence-informed but creatively-crafted narratives or messaging.
We never hire people to be our little assistants. We nurture them to replace their bosses and eventually become the organization’s leader.
We don’t care about which schools you graduated from or the degrees you hold. We care about your skills and how you can enrich our work culture.
