Job Type & duration of Contract : Full-time staff, initial contract for a year with potential extension

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. The MEL Assistant will be responsible for supporting EnCLA Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning-related tasks including (1) developing and updating MEL documents and reports, (2) collect primary and secondary data, quantitative and qualitative data from various sources and stakeholder, (3) and ensure the MEL data and documents are stored and organized properly;
  2. Provide support in development and updates of MEL frameworks, tools;
  3. Regularly collect, track, and manage primary and secondary data related to the performance indicators and other relevant data from various sources;
  4. Liaise and coordinate with CSO counterpart, consultants, and GOI counterparts;
  5. Provide support in writing MEL-related documents, including Activity Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning;
  6. Provide basic support in data qualitative and quantitative processing;
  7. Operate and perform administrative functions on IT systems or platforms (such as manage users and update configurations), especially the Management Information System (MIS);
  8. Provide support for other MEL-related tasks and other programmatic and administrative tasks;
  9. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Bachelorsr’s degree in relevant field.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Good knowledge on MEL frameworks for development projects.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in supporting MEL tasks, including coordinating reports and collecting data
  • High degree of integrity and adherence to ethical standards.

SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • High degree of integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Office 365-related applications (MS Word, MS Excel – including Power Pivot, MS PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Power BI) to process quantitative and qualitative MEL data.
