Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication and marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, visibility, and recall in Indonesia and the SEA region.
- Identify and participate in industry events to promote MSC and represent the brand effectively.
- Create and implement a media relations strategy to build leadership profiles and secure placement of collaterals, op-eds, and other materials in print and broadcast media.
- Collaborate with internal leaders and the KMM team across regions to promote thought leadership initiatives.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and impactful content delivery across various channels, including websites, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and email newsletters.
- Work closely with project teams to develop op-eds, press releases, corporate announcements, and other engaging content pieces.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to inspire and inform content ideation and development.
- Produce high-quality, persuasive multimedia content, including images, videos, infographics, and other creative assets.
- Research and explore new marketing opportunities to enhance engagement and outreach.
Requirements
Key Skills:
- Postgraduate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, media, or equivalent work experience.
- Over 8–10 years of experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, and public relations across the SEA region.
- Proven strategic thinking skills with the ability to design and execute impactful campaigns.
- Strong media management expertise and the ability to develop quickly or leverage networks of media contacts, influencers, opinion leaders, and corporate communication professionals.
- Experience in pitching, crafting, and placing external content such as guest blogs and op-eds, as well as event management and sponsorships.
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A team-player attitude with professionalism, responsiveness, and a collaborative work style.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment, fostering a shared purpose in a global organization.
