The Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP) is a global membership organisation that is catalysing long-term, systemic change to benefit everybody who works in tea – especially people in tea-producing regions. Our members include a range of tea companies, from start-ups to multi-nationals. Our work addresses key issues within economics, equality, and the environment. We focus on delivering locally led projects within our members’ supply chains, supporting the private sector in pioneering responsible business models, and engaging stakeholders to advance policies that positively impact people in tea.
ETP is seeking a consultancy to conduct the endline evaluation of the Our Tea, Our Voice (OTOV) programme in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.
Funded by GIZ through the Feminist and Fair Supply Chains initiative, OTOV works to strengthen inclusive leadership, women’s empowerment, and gender-responsive governance within tea-growing communities.
We are looking for consultants with expertise in mixed-methods evaluations, gender equality and social inclusion, participatory approaches, and agricultural value chains.
Experience working in ETP regions and knowledge of the tea sector will be an advantage.
