Satya Bumi seeks an experienced researcher to conduct researches and programs related to the environmental and human rights protection. Requirements :
- Hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree in social science, politics, or law. Strong knowledge and interest in environmental-related policy studies are preferred;
- Have a minimum of 3 (three) years experience working on issues of environmental protection, human rights, and management of natural resources;
- Demonstrated strong skills in writing, analysis, research, and communication;
- Experienced in project management, managing research, and organizing various events;
- Ability to work under less-supervision and meet deadlines;
- Professional proficiency level in English (written and spoken);
- Familiar with administrative and financial reports;
- Open-minded and able to accept diversity and inclusivity;
- Passionate to work in NGOs and social activism, highly dedicated, and willing to work in a long term for organizational development.

Responsibilities :
Responsible for conducting research as well as managing research projects, analyzing the situation and issues of environmental protection in Indonesia, and responsible for distributing scientific information and knowledge as material for the Satya Bumi campaign.
