1. Conducts in-depth research to determine the feasibility of the potential agriculture (and/or agroforestry) initiatives
2. Designs and oversees the implementation of the agriculture (and/or agroforestry) operational model.

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in subjects related to agronomy.
2. Experience as an agronomist and capable of developing procedures in agriculture (and/or agroforestry) operations.
3. Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity to achieve desired outcomes.
4. Willing to travel and stay on the field for data collection and implementation monitoring purposes.
