REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE 

1. The Millennium Challenge Account – Indonesia II (MCA-Indonesia II), acting as the implementing entity for the Compact Program, hereby invites interested entities to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) for the Digital Infrastructure Service Provider for Digital Connectivity Expansion MCA-Indonesia II is exploring grant-financed support for the expansion of digital connectivity in underserved regions of Indonesia as part of the Compact’s Digital Connectivity Initiative. MCA-Indonesia II is assessing interventions to improve reliable, high-quality, and affordable internet services in underserved areas, particularly where middle-mile backhaul constraints limit bandwidth, raise service costs, and reduce competition. The purpose of this RFI is to gather market feedback on feasible technical solutions, deployment timelines, operating models, market constraints, financing needs, and sustainability considerations for activities described in the RFI. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Participation in this RFI is not a prerequisite for participation in any future procurement process, nor does it offer any advantage.
