Job Description
- Relationship
Conduct periodic socialization to partners during site visit. Distributing updated manual/ handbook related standardized activities
- Monitoring Action
Assuring partners to submit mandatory monitoring which include ecological, social, and economical aspects. Compile and report partner’s shared-profit result in monthly basis. Reviewing partners’ loan
- Reporting
Reporting monitoring activities within partners through periodic reports. Execute profit sharing with partners
Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline, preferably Forestry.
- Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 years of proven experience in relationship management and 1 year in leadership
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Proven leadership qualities
- Strong community development background
- Willing to travel to the countryside
- Deep understanding about FSC
