Job Description
Naturevolution is an international NGO dedicated to the conservation of the planet’s most threatened and isolated ecosystems. Since 2013, Naturevolution has been working on the karst areas of Sulawesi Tenggara, a unique ecosystem in Indonesia home to remarkable biodiversity and precious endemic species.
As part of the development and management of new protected areas in this region, we are recruiting a Project Manager to lead and ensure the implementation of our programs for the protection and sustainable management of karst areas in Sulawesi Tenggara.
MAIN DUTIES
Under the supervision of Naturevolution Indonesia management, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing actions aimed at the creation, management and monitoring of protected areas in karst zones. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of the protected areas project
- Ecological and scientific monitoring
- Team leadership and mobilization of partners
- Awareness-raising and environmental education
- Administrative and financial management and reporting

Job Requirements
- Project management skills
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent writing and good english level required
- GIS skills are required
- Experiences in the field of conservation are highly valued
