Project Management Officer

Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Project Management Officer, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Project Management Officer will oversee and coordinate project activities, develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing data and reports to inform decision-making, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to achieve project objectives. The role demands efficiency in identifying risks and implementing solutions while aligning with project goals and client expectations.

Job Description:
– Coordinating and supporting tender preparation processes.
– Providing project backstopping (back office support) during project implementation.

Qualification:
– Graduated from college or university with a minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent, especially from Business Management, Project Management, and Communication
– Minimum three-year experiences in project management
– Demonstrate strong abilities in writing proposals, reports, studies, and marketing papers.
-Creative, independent, and able to conduct multitasking.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
-Experience working in a similar consulting company or on related projects is a plus.
