TERMS OF REFERENCE KFW-RHINO PROJECT FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION STAFF Yayasan Badak Indonesia (YABI) together with WCS, WWF and the Balai Besar Barisan Selatan National Park implemented the “conserving the Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park (BBSNP) as UN World Heritage in Sumatra” funded by the Federal Ministry for Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) – IKI through the German KfW bank. This project (here in after referred to as Rhino-KfW Project) will run for 6 (six) years 2017 – 2023..
To assist the smooth operation of projects in the field takes 1 (one) financial administration staff personnel assigned to manage the tasks of administration and finance Rhino-KfW Project in the field in this case is the Office of RPU YABI TNBBS at Kotaagung, Lampung.
Financial administration staff will coordinate with the Regional Protection Manager RPU Sumatra as Coordinator and support staff Rhino-KfW Project in the Field of Financial and Administrative Staff in Bogor. Finance Administration staff reports and is responsible to Finance Manager in Bogor.
Qualification: 1. Minimum Diploma (D3) in accounting or finance or equivalent.2. Minimum 2 years working experience in the same or similar position with this project.3. Knowing clearly the basics of accounting.4. Maximum age 30 years.5. Mastering Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel) and Powerpoint.6. Able to speak english both active and passive.7. Honest, thorough and responsible.8. Preferably domiciled in Lampung.
Duties and responsibilities: 1. Manage the activities of administration and finance Rhino-KfW Project YABI in the field (BBS) in accordance with the output and Budget agreed.2. Make financial reports (financial realization) monthly, quarterly (quarterly) and annual (annual).3. Create and submit a monthly personal report spreadsheet as administrative and financial staff.4. Assist in collecting and submitting spreasheet monthly reports of personnel registered in the Rhino-KfW Project YABI personnel.5. Make inventory list and supervise goods procured through Rhino-KfW Project YABI.
