Overview
Jhpiego seeks Project Assistants to support the USAID MOMENTUM Private Sector project in Jakarta. The post holder will assist District Coordinator in the preparation of project activities.
Responsibilities
- Support District Coordinator for the preparation of district activities, including scheduling meetings, creating an attendance list, corresponding with attendees, preparing materials, logistics, setting up meeting room.
- Support District Coordinator with maintaining records and files, distributing materials, and documentation
- Support District Coordinator for identifying venues, meals and communicating with vendors
- Support District Coordinator in providing regular documentation of all district activities, meetings and events
- Support District Coordinator in updating training and capacity building activities
- Support District Coordinator in updating monthly/quarterly routine data in district level
- Support in updating routine PMIS Data management
- Support MEL Specialist in preparation and conducting baseline/endline survey,
- Acting as source person in the absence of DC
- Deliver any other task as assigned to support the project team
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in administration or related field with minimum of 3 years’ experience handling project administration
- Strong ability to work and communicate within a team
- Computer skills, including demonstrated competency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and balance workloads among competing priorities and a tight schedule
- Preferable having residential in our project locations: Jakarta
- Meticulous, hands on, and show leadership
- High initiative and willing to learn
