Program Officer for Bandar Lampung and Serang area (1 staff)
Job Description
- Ensure the financial literacy program activities are established by the plan and in a timely manner.
- Manage field visits if needed to monitor program progress.
- Report the program progress to the Program Manager.
- Maintain and build good communication and relationship with stakeholders, including schools, local government, and sponsors.
- Manage the training, workshop, or group discussions both online and offline.
- Perform administrative tasks or any other duties assigned by Program Managers.
- Prepare routine correspondence and reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in economics or education is preferable.
- Familiar with financial literacy program for children would be an advantage.
- Have experience in teaching would be an advantage.
- Have some experience in volunteering activities would be an advantage.
- Have an interest in working in NGO. Having experience with other international organizations, large NGOs is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate teaching, training, or workshops on technical matters, both online and offline.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Contract period: July 2022 – June 2023 (1 year)
- Able to join immediately.
