DNetwork (a project under Annika Linden Centre) is looking for a dynamic, driven, and socially minded Project/Program Manager to lead our operations and help expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
If you’re a natural leader who loves building programs, managing small teams, creating impact, and turning ideas into action — we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
✨ Lead programs that create real employment opportunities
✨ Manage and grow a small, passionate team
✨ Build partnerships & unlock funding opportunities
✨ Write proposals, reports, and communicate with impact
✨ Help scale DNetwork’s mission across Indonesia
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in management (NGO background a big plus)
✔ Passion for disability inclusion & social issues
✔ Strong English & Bahasa Indonesia
✔ Tech-savvy and organized
✔ Energetic, adaptable, and purpose-driven
