ob Description :
- Responsible to the Manager of Planning and M&E.
- Assist the Planning and M&E Manager in developing strategic plans, work plans, terms of reference for programs, and Plans of Action (POA). Verify work plans and POA for SR, SSR, and IU levels with program and finance departments/divisions.
- Together with the program and finance division, develop detailed achievement targets for each SR, SSR, and IU.
- Together with the M&E Supervisor and the Planning and M&E Manager, analyze the program that has been running and establish a follow-up plan strategy for the next 6 months.
- In collaboration with the program and finance division, develop an activity plan and budget.
- Monitor the implementation of annual M&E activities.
- Draft the M&E report with the M&E Supervisor as part of the Progress Update and Disbursement Request (PUDR).
- Responsible for all stages of work with the second party/Consultant.
- Together with the HRD Supervisor, review and update asset data periodically, including assets in PR and in SR; SSR; IU Partners.
- Preferably those who have experience working in the health sector, especially HIV/AIDS.
Job Requirement:
- At least 10 years in the field of Planning or finance especially HIV/AIDS
- Ability to conduct Developing strategic plans and Work Plans; review and analyze reports and data; present information and periodic reports.
- Coordinate and cooperate, both internally and externally.
- Have the attitude and behavior: Conscientious, Independent, objective, analytical, communicative and social-minded.
- More preferable have an experience with an international donor.
- Able to operate Ms Office (Excel, Doc, Power point, Pivot, etc)
- Able to use data software
- Excellent integrity
- Willing to go out of town
