Job Description

  1. Market Expansion & Business Development
  • Identify and penetrate new local, national, and international markets for honey products.
  • Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to guide market positioning.
  • Develop and implement business strategies that support long-term growth and profitability.
  • Design and deliver tailored proposals and offers to potential partners and clients.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospective clients and business development opportunities.

 

  1. Sales Channel & Partner Management
  • Grow and maintain B2B sales channels, including retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders—including customers, government agencies, and civil society partners.
  • Proactively grow the partner pipeline through outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Support community groups in brand positioning, storytelling, and value communication to target audiences.

 

  1. Operational
  • Oversee and manage online sales platforms, ensuring stock levels and order fulfillment align with demand.
  • Ensure production processes follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor market conditions and adapt strategies to address emerging challenges and leverage new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with production and packaging teams to align supply with sales timelines and market demand.

Job Requirements

  1. Education: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agricultural, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the agricultural or sustainable development sectors.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders.
    • Community engagement will be an advantage
    • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office, marketing tools).
  4. Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
