Job Description

1. Responsible for supervising Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing, and Forest Planning and Operation team.
2. Directing Relationship Management team in maintaining relationship with partners regarding sustainable forest management.
3. Directing Sales Marketing team in developing and executing strategies to achieve sales target.
4. Directing Forest Planning and Operation team to ensure all branch operations are carried out properly and in accordance with applicable principles, policies and procedures.
5. Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
6. Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
7. Preparing regular reports for management.

Job Requirements

1. Min. Bachelor’s degree with relevant background, including but not limited to Management and Forestry
2. At least 1 year of related experience required.
3. Experienced in managing a team.
4. Knowledge in relationship, sales marketing, forest management and branch operation.
5. Knowledge of the principles and techniques of administrative management; including, organization, planning, staffing, training, budgeting, and reporting.
6. Strong ability in managing people, attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving.
