Logistic Officer (Padang, West Sumatera)

To Purchases goods or services for their employer to use. Ensures employer obtains quality products for competitive prices in a timely fashion. Plays an integral role in ensuring a company sticks to budgets and operates profitably. To manage the procurement team to source quotations and supplies/goods using professional, agreements and negotiate, honest and trustworthy suppliers upholding our Procurement policy, Enlistment and procedures.

The Logistics Officer (LO) serves FH Project to provide procurement of goods and services following Authority policies, procedures and applicable local regulations. Duties include planning, scheduling, initiating, monitoring and quality assurance of all procurement and contract activities. Work requires independent and professional judgment and is performed under the direction of the West Sumatera Area Program Team Leader. He/she will maintain stock register to delivery all facilities, logistics and facilitate according to FH Heartbeat.
