Job Description

1. Responsible for supervising Information Technology (IT) team.
2. Plan, establish, and manage SOBI’s IT projects (both internal and external projects) and serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
3. Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
4. Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
5. Sets and tracks project milestones; realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
6. Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected stakeholders.
7. Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.

Job Requirements

1. Min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information and Technology, or related field.
2. At least 1 year of related experience required.
3. Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
4. Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
5. Preferably with knowledge in website development (especially in PHP, Javascript, and AWS tools) and android development (especially in Kotlin, Android Studio tools, and Postman).
6. Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
7. Organized with attention to detail.
8. Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
