Job Description
The IT Intern will assist the IT Supervisor in managing and maintaining the organization’s IT systems. This role will involve providing technical support, assisting with IT projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. The intern will gain hands-on experience in IT operations, support, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Technical Support Assistance:
- Provide basic technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems under the supervision of the IT Supervisor.
IT Project Support:
- Assist in the execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology implementations.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and support their IT needs.
System Maintenance and Updates:
- Help in performing regular system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in scheduling and executing maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and system changes.
- Support the preparation of reports on IT performance and project progress.
Job Requirements
- Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow directions.
- Some experience with IT support or internships in a similar field is a plus.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Domicile in Bali
