Objective:
The purpose of Preferred Event Organizer (EO) is to engage reputable and credible organizations to provide the service of Integrated Event Management, Communications and Advocacy Support.
The assignment encompasses end-to-end event management responsibilities, starting from research and content development, preparation and coordination with INOVASI, participant management, venue and logistical arrangements, production of reference materials, registration and information support, communications and public relations, to both physical and virtual event execution. It also includes handling government compliance, vendor negotiations, branding, documentation, and troubleshooting, ensuring that all aspects of the event are professionally organized and delivered in alignment with INOVASI’s objectives.
