Yayasan Gugah Nurani Indonesia provides child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief programs in 15 CDPs (Community Development Project) and serving 10,824 children. Yayasan Gugah Nurani Indonesia has missions around the world to ensure the well-being of people in need.
Head Office – Kelapa Gading, Jakarta
Execute the strategies established by the HR Manager in several areas: talent performance, reward and recognition, and HR Administration (which might include handling payroll, staff database, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan, Health Insurance, Income Tax Article 21 and other human resources related activities) in order to boost the employee contribution towards the organization, promote work safety and governance implementation, ensure human resource seamless administrative process, and support the human resources department goal.
S1/DIII (Preferably in Administration and Management);
Strong Administration Skills (includes correspondence matters);
Able to work accurately, with high attention to detail;
Ability to work under the pressure and multitasking;
Well planned and organized;
Good skill in computer use (Ms. Office, Adobe Acrobat, E-SPT, Online System such as HRIS, Edabu, SIPP, DJP Online, etc);
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, (preferably 6 months experience in the same field)
Fluent in Bahasa (preferably fluent in Bahasa and English)
