Key of Responsibilities
- Provide support in all aspects of human resources cycle, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, contracts, benefit, and assessment.
- Provide support in office management and operational for Kaleka Office in Bali.
- Maintain a proper filling system for HR and any institutional documents, in both softcopy and hardcopy.
- Assisting the Finance and Accounting unit for administrative matters.
- Provide support to other team in the program implementation whenever needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, secretary, or other relevant disciplines.
- Min. 1 year of proven experience in human resource, administration, general affair or office assistance.
- Technology savvy & proficient with the MS Office software programs.
- Good attention to details & enjoy working administrative tasks.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English & Bahasa.
- Able to work well with a range of different individuals.
