Yayasan Integritas Justitia Madani Indonesia (IJMI) is an independent local foundation established in Indonesia in March 2023. Yayasan IJMI is a partner of International Justice Mission. In this partnership, Yayasan IJMI adopts IJM’s systems, models, approaches, and resources that have been trusted and proven to provide the impact that is also expected or targeted by Yayasan IJMI.

Job Description
As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will support the communications team at Yayasan IJMI in creating creative, informative, and visually consistent materials that align with the organization’s identity to support advocacy activities, campaigns, and digital publications.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Design Production
Create visual designs for social media content, digital campaigns, presentations, publications, and other organizational communication materials.
- Social Media Creative Support
Support the creation of visual assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms.
- Campaign Visual Development
Assist in developing visual concepts and design materials to support organizational campaigns and activities.
- Brand Consistency
Ensure all visual materials comply with the visual identity and communication guidelines of Yayasan IJMI.
- Basic Video & Motion Content Support
Assist with simple video editing or motion content creation using simple tools.
Main Requirements
Qualifications
Final-year undergraduate/postgraduate students or fresh graduates from universities in Indonesia majoring in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Animation, Broadcasting, or other related fields.
Skills
- Demonstrates creative and effective visual design skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly through visual content.
- Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or CapCut for graphic design, and/or simple motion content creation.
- Possesses a solid understanding of fundamental design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proactive, creative, disciplined, responsive to feedback, and eager to learn.
- Able to manage time, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating designs for organizations or brands.
- Having a portfolio of design and visual content work.
- Basic skills in motion graphics or simple animation.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.
