Job Description
Financial Management
1. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
2. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and donors.
4. Conduct financial analyses and provide recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
5. Provide capacity building for PSPK staff related to project financial planning and
management.
Budgeting and Financial Projections
1. Lead the annual budgeting process, working with the Lead of Operations to prepare and consolidate the budget.
2. Monitor actual expenditures against the budget and provide variance analysis.
3. Update projections when changes occur and regularly update financial actuals to
reflect changes in the financial environment or the organization’s priorities.
Accounting and Tax Management
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
2. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
3. Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit and address audit
findings.
Grant and Fund Management
1. Manage the financial aspects of grants, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with donor requirements.
2. Assist in budget preparation for grant proposals.
3. Coordinate with internal and external teams on budgeting for grant preparation and reporting.
4. Review and analyze systems provided by external parties, both domestic and international.
5. Supervise project team members related to project financial management.
Financial Administration
1. Manage banking relationships and oversee cash flow to ensure financial stability.
2. Input financial transactions such as payroll, invoices, and others.
3. Work with other divisions to ensure smooth financial operations and support program
activities.
4. Archive supporting documents for financial transactions.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, preferably Accounting.
2. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in financial management.
3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax law.
4. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex
financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
7. High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial practices.
