FHI 360/MADANI is a USAID funded civil society strengthen project that focuses on developing the capacity of civil society organizations to increase accountability and tolerance in 32 districts in the provinces of Banten, West Java, East Java, Central Java, South Sulawesi, and West Kalimantan. To measure how the relationships and networks of partner CSOs develop over time, MADANI will annually conduct a Social Network Analysis (SNA) within each of the 32 districts where MADANI is working. The SNA will help the MADANI team better understand district CSO networks focused on specific thematic areas (e.g., natural resource management, intolerance) before, during, and after the establishment of Learning Forum.
MADANI is now looking for a firm to provide quality control and 6 (six) enumerators, one in each province of in East Java, South Sulawesi, West Kalimantan, Banten, West Java and Central Java. Each enumerator will work during August-October to carry out interviews for the SNA survey in the target districts (six districts, Central Java, East Java, West Java, and South Sulawesi, and four districts in Banten and West Kalimantan).

Proposals must be clearly and concisely written in English and must describe and define the Offeror’s understanding and compliance with the requirements contained in the Statement of Work.
