Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management
 Lead the development and implementation of education programs and curricula that
empower disadvantaged children and enable them to access employment opportunities,
particularly in the areas of English as a Foreign Language (EFL), Science, Technology,
Engineering, Mathematics and Humanity, and Early Child Development (ECD).
 Monitor program performance on EFL, STEAM-H, and ECD and identify areas for
continuous improvement.
 Produce reports on EFL, STEAM-H and ECD program performance and impact that work
seamlessly with the existing reporting.
 Develop budgets needed to implement EFL, STEAM-H and ECD programs.
 Plan and support the marketing team that raises funding for EFL, STEAM-H and ECD
programs
 Research and apply for grants to support EFL, STEAM-H and ECD programs.
 Oversee BCF’s EFL, STEAM-H and ECD equipment and asset monitoring systems at
schools, which need to be updated and followed-up by the teachers, the facilitators, and

the admin support on a regular basis.
 Collaborate with partner schools and other stakeholders to create and deliver impactful
community-based programs, including expanding EFL, STEAM-H and ECD programs to
other opportunity areas.
 Ensure that EFL, STEAM-H and ECD programs are aligned with the Foundation’s vision,
mission, goals and objectives.
2. Leadership and Management
 Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Education staff in planning, implementing,
monitoring, and reporting EFL, STEAM-H and ECD programs.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with government, partner schools and other
stakeholders, particularly in EFL, STEAM-H, and ECD implementation.
 Recruit and onboard strong EFL, STEAM-H and ECD team members.
 Motivate and inspire education team, particularly in EFL. STEAM-H and ECD
implementation, to achieve common goals.
 Manage team performance on EFL, STEAM-H and ECD programming and provide
feedback.
3. Program Scheduling
 Create annual calendars for EFL, STEAM-H and ECD programs.
 Schedule field support, including facilitation of capacity building for EFL, STEAM-H and
ECD programs.
 Prepare sponsor visits or donor visits on EFL, STEAM-H and ECD implementation that are
scheduled successfully during the school year with key dates for exams and holidays
blacked out on the calendar.
 Prepare collateral required for school visits on EFL, STEAM-H and ECD in conjunction with
Community Lead, e.g. t-shirts and name tags.
 Schedule school upgrade projects on EFL, STEAM-H and ECD to ensure timely and
effective delivery.
4. Teacher Training
 Schedule teacher training for EFL, STEAM-H and ECD curricula.
 Lead EFL. STEAM-H and ECD facilitator team.
 Design and schedule EFL, STEAM-H and ECD implementation process.
 Review EFL, STEAM-H and ECD goals and propose new solutions to achieve the goals,
including their implementation scheduling.
 Establish Teacher in a Box Program for delivery into BCF Lombok schools.
 Facilitate quarterly teacher training booster for teacher facilitators and teachers to improve
their teaching strategies and methodologies using active learning strategies and student-
centered learning.
 Conduct monthly monitoring and evaluation and classroom observation activities with
teacher facilitators and teachers through online and offsite, capturing the lessons learned,
best practices, challenges on teachers and students during program implementation.
 Revie teachers’ weekly and monthly lesson plan and provide feedback for teachers’ weekly
and monthly lesson plan and teaching for teaching improvement.
 Maintain daily and weekly coordination and communication with teacher facilitators and
teachers.

 Collect and analyze all data, including pre-test, progress test, post-test, student enrolment
data, teacher and school data, from teacher facilitators and teachers for implementation
evidence of all education programs – in conjunction with Data Lead and Program
Implementation Lead.
 Maintain documentation and reports of EFL, STEAM-H and ECD programs, including
Evidence and Implementation (E&I) reports, data spreadsheets, and presentation slides.
 Maintain daily, weekly and monthly updates and reports of EFL, STEAM-H and ECD
programs, discussing strategies, challenges, and good practices.
Qualification:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Education, TESOL, Early Childhood, Primary
Education, Science/STEM or related field.
● Proven experience in leading Education Program Development and Implementation.
teacher training, particularly in EFL, ECE, and/or STEAM.
● Proven skills in program monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
 Familiarity with the Indonesian education system and regional contexts (Nusa Tenggara
and Bali).
● Proficiency in written and spoken English.
● Knowledge of current educational trends and regulations, particularly in Indonesia.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Keen attention to detail, excellent memory, and exceptional organisational skills.
● Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Passion for our mission of helping children and promoting education.
● Excellent facilitation, communication, and intercultural skills.
● Strong planning, reporting, and teamwork abilities.
● Willingness to travel frequently to remote program areas.
● If not Bali based, willing to relocate to Bali at own expense.
