Duration: 3 months between May to August 2026
Job Description:
- Content Design & Visual Development: Support the creation of visual content for social media, publications, and presentations (e.g., report layouts, infographics, and digital assets) to ensure clear and engaging communication of key messages.
- Content Writing & Storytelling: Assist in developing communication materials (e.g., captions, articles, newsletters) by translating technical research outputs into accessible and compelling narratives for broader audiences.
- Website Content Management: Support the updating and maintenance of website content (e.g., uploading articles, reports, and program updates), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with overall communication strategies.
- Communications & Outreach Support: Assist in planning and executing digital content and campaigns, as well as supporting communication needs for events, workshops, and outreach activities.
Education and Skill Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university in Indonesia, in any field, preferably with demonstrated experience or strong interest in design, communication, or creative content development.
Required:
- Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
- Strong visual sense (layout, typography, and content aesthetics)
- Good writing and communication skills (ability to create clear and engaging content)
- Ability to translate ideas into simple visual or written content
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Proactive, creative, and willing to learn
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in managing social media or creating digital content
- Familiarity with website or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Basic skills in video editing or motion graphics
- Interest in climate, sustainability, or energy-related topics
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
