Job Description
– Engage and coordinate with various government and other stakeholders in different countries on Digital ID, Data Sharing, and other Digital Public Infrastructure
– Engage with various donors & pvt sector entities on opportunities related to Digital Solutions and Digital Public Infrastructure
– Have fair understanding of the IT Architecture, technology stack, industry best practices for solution implementations, standards and DPGs.
– Managing activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
– Gather the requirement and define solutions, recommending potential solution options, selecting the most optimal option, and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.
– Present the solution to stakeholders and build consensus.
– Collaborate and coordinate with other teams on MSC and partners during different phase of the Projects.
– Research, review, and create reports including recommendations based on for projects.
– Participate in responding to RFIs, RFPs or prototype development.
– Work with internal and external stakeholders and provide thought leadership across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.
– Work with external software vendors during design and implementation phases.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
– Build relationships with existing and potential clients
– Take initiatives to develop Client Relationship
– Provide support during the RFI/RFP to write proposals
– Represent MSC at conferences etc.
– Author /Co-author of thematic publications on DPI, Digital Transformation, AI, and other emerging technology
Human Capital Development:
– Assist and support development of other staff by providing guidance and advice where appropriate
– Share knowledge with staff and create opportunities for mentoring
– Take ownership of self-development by acquiring skills and knowledge which add value to the organization
Business Execution:
– Lead or assist with the planning and implementation of medium/large technical assistance assignments
– Conduct assignment set-up and de-briefing meetings of assignments where s/he is responsible
– Builds rapport with various contact points at the client organization for successful execution of the assignments
– Plan and execute assignments with utmost due diligence
– Oversee and support the research work and report writing
– Review research papers, reports
– Support projects involving the technical assistance to clients
– Contribute to the development of MSC’s toolkits and other publications
Qualifications and skills
– B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA
– 8 years of relevant experienceExperience in designing, developing and implementing Digital solutions and DPI for Countries.
– Experience in one or more of the following technology areas – Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud, Data and Analytics, Process Automation, Digital Transformation.
– Experience with Open source stack designing and implementation.
– Proficient in Bahasa & English
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team
– Flexible to travel to other countries on Business requirement
