The baseline survey will generate strategies to help implement the project which is appropriate to the setting and design relevant capacity building that will enable the relevant actors to initiate and promote inclusive, climate-sensitive and environmentally conscious WASH approaches, and strengthen humanitarian preparedness, early warning and anticipatory action in areas most affected by disasters and climate change. Practically, the result of the baseline survey will be used to design relevant awareness-raising and knowledge improvement activities of relevant actors based on identified gaps and needs Including increasing access facilities to clean water and sanitation in affected disaster areas and climate change.
