1. Introduction

(MSH) is a mission-driven, global health nonprofit advisory organization that provides governments, health organizations, and the private sector with the strategies, tools, and management support to effectively and efficiently deliver high-functioning health systems https://msh.org/. MSH Indonesia is implementing USAID Bersama Menuju Eliminasi dan Bebas dari TB (USAID BEBAS-TB) Project.

2. Indicative information

MSH Indonesia is looking to prequalify reputable and qualified companies for the supply and delivery of goods and services for inclusion in our vendor Database. The pre-qualified vendors who meet all requirements will be invited to participate in subsequent closed tenders and request for quotations processes. MSH hereby invites qualified suppliers/service providers who are interested in working with MSH Indonesia and have the right qualifications and skills to submit an expression of interest.

Applications are hereby invited for the following categories:

Expressions of interest are requested with the following information:

1. Company Profile – If Any
2. Company organogram and staff details – If Any
3. Company information, including company profile, vendor’s physical address, full legal name, email address, website and contact person.
4. Company registration certificate that clearly demonstrates legal registration in the category being applied for (NIB/TDP/SIUP, Akta Perusahaan).
5. Valid tax registration certificate (NPWP).
6. ISO certification – If Any
7. Halal certification – If Any
8. HACCP certification – If Any
9. Food menu and choices of snacks
10. Valid tax clearance and proof of EBM – If Any
11. References from three (3) former or current clients within the past two years.

All EOIs must be received via the email stated above on or before December 18th, 2024 (Wednesday), 17.00 PM Jakarta Time, Indonesia. EOI packages sent later than the mentioned date and time will not be considered.
