Business Development Officer, Full-Time Position Based in Bali, Indonesia

With over two decades of presence in Indonesia and growing demand for high-impact technical assistance in the region, MDF invites qualified professionals to join our Indonesia office in Bali as a full-time Business Development Officer.

The role will focus on identifying and developing national and regional business opportunities, leading proposal development for donor-funded programmes, strengthening relationships with strategic partners and clients, and supporting MDF’s positioning with bilateral and multilateral donors. The successful candidate will work closely with technical experts and international teams to contribute to competitive, high-quality bids and long-term partnerships.

Job Description:

• Undertake acquisition efforts for national and regional projects/programmes in the development sector, such as identifying and analysing strategic opportunities (tenders, medium-long term assignments/grants).
• Develop well-written, MDF-aligned, and critical proposals.
• Build relations with national, regional, and international client/partners
• Manage and develop appropriate marketing strategies for acquiring training and consulting services
