URGENTLY NEEDED – an established export company based in Bali is looking for Admin/ Data Entry/ Web Assistant to start immediately.
Candidate must have:
- Minimum Diploma background
- Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience in similar position
- Detail oriented, highly organized & efficient
- Proactive; excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Must be excellent in EXCEL, data entry & good counting skills
- Basic graphics skills using Photoshop or Corel Draw
- General computing skills (including using printer & scanner), internet research and emailing skills
- Fluent in both Bahasa & English
- Very Highly Organized, Proactive & Logical thinking and problem solving
- Capable to reading & Interpreting Selling reports
- Able to pull Data and Selling from back end of WebSite.
- Fluent in English to communicate with American Clients & Buyers
- – Good analytical thinking, good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.
– Able to operate Adobe Photoshop
– Proficiency to operate Microsoft Word , Microsoft Excel and outlook.
– Knowledge and experience with Google products (Google Docs, Spreadsheets).
– Previous experience with Shopify is preferred.
– Able to organize company report (create, update, modify, export and import.
Package 3 – 6 million depending on Skill set.
