Previously, I held the position of Finance and Operations Manager, where I led end-to-end financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, cash flow projections, donor financial compliance, audit coordination, and monthly financial reporting to senior leadership.
Earlier in my career, I worked as Finance and Operational Lead at Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture, managing donor reporting, variance analysis, procurement, payroll, and financial controls in close collaboration with country leadership and program managers. My background also includes senior finance and operations roles in the financial services industry, where I was responsible for branch-level financial management, risk control, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
